Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

All standard orders ship free. Delivery estimates are for continental US addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@yardquiet.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times are typically 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note for international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout
  • Some countries may not be available for shipping — you'll be notified at checkout

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been fulfilled. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@yardquiet.com — we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received: Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a resolution.

Damaged in transit: Email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
