Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the original order date
  • You must have purchased directly from yardquiet.com
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

We do not require you to return the product to receive your refund — though voluntary returns are always welcome.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is easy:

  1. Email us at support@yardquiet.com
  2. Include your order number and the email address used when ordering
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation needed)
  4. We'll confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately — no waiting period required. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@yardquiet.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and will resend or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different configuration or package, simply request a refund and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after the order date
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers
  • Evidence of fraudulent or repeat refund abuse
